How we use your information

First Moon is a new project run by its founders in the UK. We are not yet a registered company; we will update this notice when FirstMoon Care Ltd is set up. Last updated 25 October 2026.

What we collect

Survey: your answers only. We do not ask for your name, email or contact details, so please don't add them in free-text answers.
Waitlist: your name, email address, due month (optional) and preferred language.

Why we use it

Survey answers help us decide whether and how to start First Moon. Waitlist details are used only to tell you when we open. Our legal basis is your consent. A due month is health information, so we ask for your explicit consent on the waitlist form.

Where it is kept and for how long

Both forms run on Google Forms, and the answers are stored in our Google account. Google may process data outside the UK under its standard safeguards. We keep survey answers until our research ends and then keep only totals. We delete waitlist details when you ask, or 12 months after you sign up if we have not launched.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your waitlist details, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing us. We never sell or share your details. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

我們收集的資料

使用目的

問卷回答用於評估是否及如何成立初月；候補名單資料只用於通知您開放的消息。我們以您的同意作為法律依據。由於預產月份屬於健康資訊，候補名單表單會請您明確同意。

儲存地點與保存期限

兩份表單皆使用 Google 表單，資料存放在我們的 Google 帳戶中，Google 可能依其標準保障措施在英國境外處理資料。研究結束後，我們只保留問卷的統計結果。候補名單資料會在您要求時刪除；若登記後 12 個月內仍未開放，我們也會刪除。

您的權利

您可以隨時寫信給我們，要求查看、更正或刪除您的候補名單資料，或撤回同意。我們絕不出售或分享您的資料。若對資料處理方式有疑慮，可向英國資訊專員辦公室（ico.org.uk）投訴。
